Dana Sultan is an undergraduate student at the George Washington University completing a Bachelor of Arts in Middle East Studies and a minor in Religion. She is currently a reporter for the GW Hatchet and a Language Partner at the University of Maryland.
Dana has also previously been a member of the GW Women’s Leadership Program, written blog posts for the United We Stand for Peace Institute and perspectives for the American-Islam.org website, and volunteered as a language tutor for Paper Airplanes, a non-profit organization that provides language tutoring to conflict-affected individuals. Her interests include Islamic mystical poetry, Arabic studies, English literature, and creative writing
